Today, BMT NU Ngasem Management conducted a comparative study at the Grand Keisha Hotel. This activity was carried out as part of development efforts in preparation for the NU BMT NU Ngasem Guest House Business.The Grand Keisha Hotel, which is strategically located in the center of Yogyakarta, has long been known as one of the 4 star hotels with the best service. The event began with a presentation session from the General Manager of the Grand Keisha Hotel, Mr. Ibnu Novel Hafidz, who shared his experience and in-depth knowledge regarding international standard hotel management. Mr. Novel said, "Company branding is not just about having our logo displayed on billboards, but the best branding is that we spread goodness everywhere." he said.One of the main focuses of this visit is hotel management, including marketing strategy, customer service, human resource management and operational efficiency. active discussions, taking advantage of the opportunity to understand the best practices that have been proven at the Grand Keisha Hotel.In addition, BMT NU Ngasem managers were also invited to take a tour of the hotel facilities, including guest rooms, restaurants, meeting rooms and swimming pools. This aims to enable them to see directly the implementation of the management concepts that have been explained in the presentation session.President Director of Kopsyah BMT NU Ngasem, Moh Wahyudi, expressed his appreciation for the friendliness and welcome given by the Grand Keisha Hotel management team.
