BMT NU Ngasem Institute Strengthens HR Competency through SKKNI Training and Competency Testing
As a form of commitment to improving the quality of sharia cooperative human resources, BMT NU Ngasem Institute is holding SKKNI Training and Competency Testing for KSPPS Managers on 14–15 May 2026. This activity presents a team of professional assessors from the registered LSP Talenta Wirausaha Nusantara and licensed under the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
The activity was officially opened on Thursday morning with a series of participant registration, reading of the holy Koran, singing of the national anthem and organizational march, as well as remarks from the President Director of the BMT NU Ngasem Group Cooperative Holding.

On the first day, participants received material consolidation related to the cooperative manager competency unit based on SKKNI Number 193 of 2017. The material included a review of the competency unit, a simulation of filling out the APL 01 and APL 02 portfolios, and verification of assessment documents.
Meanwhile, the second day focused on implementation of competency assessments by a team of assessors from LSP Talenta Wirausaha Nusantara through written test, observation and interview methods. The assessment process is carried out in accordance with national professional certification standards to ensure that participants have competent and measurable managerial skills.
Through this activity, the BMT NU Ngasem Institute continues to demonstrate concrete steps in building a professional work culture, improving the quality of sharia cooperative services, and creating superior human resources who are ready to face the challenges of the modern sharia financial industry.
Collaboration with BNSP-licensed LSPs is an important part in maintaining the quality and credibility of the certification process, as well as strengthening the institution's position in developing professional and empowered sharia cooperatives competitive.
