Moh. Wahyudi (President Director of BMT NU Ngasem Group Cooperative Holding) Encourages Competency Standardization of Sharia Cooperative Managers through BNSP License Certification

President Director of BMT NU Ngasem Group Cooperative Holding, Moh. Wahyudi, continues to show his commitment to improving the professionalism of sharia cooperative human resources through holding the SKKNI Training and Competency Test for KSPPS Managers which was held on 14–15 May 2026.

This activity featured a team of assessors from LSP Talenta Wirausaha Nusantara who have been registered and licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), so that the assessment process runs according to national work competency standards.

In his opening remarks at the opening activities, Moh. Wahyudi emphasized that improving the quality of human resources is the main foundation in building healthy, professional and highly competitive sharia cooperatives.

He said that modern cooperatives require managers who not only understand business operations, but also have certification of competency, integrity, leadership, and the ability to adapt to developments in the sharia financial industry.

Under his leadership, the BMT NU Ngasem Group Cooperative Holding continues to encourage institutional transformation through strengthening work systems, increasing human resource capacity, and implementing national competency standards in the sharia cooperative environment.

This technical guidance and assessment activity is a concrete form of Moh's seriousness. Wahyudi in building a professional culture in a cooperative environment. The participants received intensive training starting from competency unit reviews, portfolio simulations, to direct implementation of competency tests by BNSP licensed professional assessors.

Through these steps, Moh. Wahyudi hopes that a generation of sharia cooperative managers will be born who are competent, trustworthy, and capable of bringing cooperatives into strong, modern, and trustworthy pillars of the people's economy.
